Established in 2004, under the Lead Haiti organization, the Lead Haiti Transformation Project is a vision of hope for a better Haiti. This project of compassion was born in the heart of Rev. Pastor Jose Jean-Pierre to rescue, heal, educate, empower, and transform the lives of the most vulnerable Haitian children, and to contribute the overall development of Haiti.

Mission
To empower Haitian communities through holistic development initiatives, promoting peace, justice, and economic growth, while fostering partnerships and collaborations with local and international stakeholders, government entities, and public/private sectors.
